This past weekend my super fun cousins and I had a huge Garage sale! It was a lot of work. I feel like last week was a blur getting ready for it. We usually do it in May but we just kept putting it off this year. So I am glad to say it is all over with. Now it is time to start collecting for next years sale! I have to admit I only made about $35.00. This is because I did so much shopping at our own garage sale! Alisa, my cousin, is the queen of boys clothes. She has 2 boys older than Cody and 2 twin boys younger than Landen. The twins are larger than Landen so I get all those clothes too. It works out perfect. And these clothes are brand new! Not kidding! She buys all Gap, Old Navy, Gymboree etc. She buys so many clothes for these boys that I don't think they wear the same outfit twice. So needles to say I have enough clothes for a few years. But I also like Alisa have a shopping problem and will still buy more! I drive my Mom crazy with all the stuff I buy for my boys. She just doesn't understand!
Also coming up....For all you scrapbook lovers. My aunt Jorjana, the All My Memories owner, is having another huge scrapbook sale. It is going to be held just a few doors down from our old location in Draper. It starts August 15th. I am pretty sure this is the same weekend as the Scrapbook Expo at the South Towne Center. So it would be a perfect time hit both. We did this last year and it was a huge success. So we hope we can do it again. We are buying from all the local companies. And it is going to awesome stuff at awesome prices. So don't miss this huge event!

HaViNg FuN....
So I don't know where to start. We have been super busy doing so many fun things with the boys this past week. I know I will be leaving several events out. As soon as I remember them I will post them later. This will be long enough!
The first one happened a few weeks ago but just have not posted it. We were at Grandma Nett's and there is a pond at the Retiremnet home near by where you can go and feed the ducks. We took some bread and headed over. The boys had so much fun feeding the ducks. They would come right up to you and eat out of your hand. The ducks ate all our bread so fast we had had to get more. The boys have not stopped talking about this and can not wait to go feed them again. I get asked just about every day!
This past week we also went to the Living Planet Aquarium. We went with Trevor, Shari and Thaxton. We had never been here before. It was a little small but perfect for the boys. Our favorite part was the jelly fish and the octopus. Before we left the boys each picked a little Nemo fish as their souvenir.
For the 24th of July we had a BBQ with the family. We went up Provo Canyon and got the perfect spot. It was so busy when we arrived that I don't know how we managed to do so. It was right next to the park and the river. We had our family, Mom & Dan, Trev, Shari & Thaxton, Dan's Dad , two of his Sisters and family and my Mom's cousin Mike. It was fun with such a big group. We roasted hot dogs and marshmallows over the fire. We even started a marshmallow fight. Cody and Landen especially loved that! Cody was also very into helping Trevor with the fire. Trevor was this way since he was about 3 or so. Cody seems to be following in his footsteps!
Trevor also got Cody to go and walk in the river with him and Shari. Cody slipped and fell in and was soaked! I thought I had brought a set of clothes for each boy so I was not worried that he was wet. When I went to the car to change Cody I found out that I had left Cody's clothes out of the bag. So poor Cody had so squish into Landen's underwear and shorts! It wasn't too bad. No one else seemed to notice!

Lastly! We had a spurt of the moment trip up Provo Canyon again! Trevor and Shari were up there to roast hot dogs. They called us up to see if we wanted to join them. Of Course!! It was overcast when we got there and shortly after started to rain on us. We still stayed and loved it. The boys found some really nice dirt to play in the entire time we were there. They went home nice and dirty!!! They didn't even eat dinner that is how busy they were. We stayed until dark then headed for home. It was so fun!

OuR dAiLy rOuTiNe...
Today I got some cute pictures of the boys outside eating Popsicles. Everyday we are outside with the little pool and the hose on. I can't keep these boys inside. I do like that I am getting so tan from this and get lots of reading done. But I sure am ready for some cooler weather. I am drenched in sweat everyday!

This weekend we also got to have Grandma Taysom come and stay with us. We always love it when she comes. We don't get to see her often but when we do she sure spoils us! We got to have her Sunday and part of Monday. The boys kept her very occupied. I don't think she had a spare minute! On Monday we ran around and did a little shopping. We also got to meet Matt for lunch. That was a real surprise because usually it never works out to meet up with him. After lunch we played at the park until it was time for Grandma to go. You will be missed! We all love you so much and can't wait for you to come and visit again!

DoNuT FaLLs...

Over the weekend we went to Donut Falls for another hike with the boys. This waterfall is in Big Cottonwood Canyon. The drive up the canyon was amazing. So beautiful. Landen just kept saying holy moly! over and over again! We did the hike which was about 3/4 a mile. Perfect for the boys. When we got to the falls we had to cross the river. That was the best part I thought. It was such a hot day and the water felt so good. The waterfall was very cool but we could not get right up to it. If we didn't have the boys with us and I was not pregnant we could have hiked up even further. After our hike we stopped at a park in Sandy and had a picnic. It was such a fun day with the boys. I love getting out and doing things with them like this. It reminds me of when I was a kid. My Mom and Dad always took us to the mountains and did fun things like this with us!

LuNcH iN tHe PaRk....

Yesterday we had such a fun day. We grabbed some lunch and went to the park in Lehi with Mindy and her cute boys. The weather was so nice. It was a little overcast which made it even better. As soon as we got to the park the boys were off and running. They didn't even sit to eat lunch. They loved the park and the swings. Of course that was the only pictures I got of the whole day. I didn't think of it until we were about ready to go. After the park we went back to Mindy's house. She was so nice to let us hang out the rest of the day. Hope we didn't drive her crazy! The boys all played so well together. It was awesome. Thanks Mind for letting us play!!! We will have to do it again soon.

FuNnY nOtHiNgs...
So, I always have so many funny things the boys do or even me for that matter. I decided I would mention a few before my mind totally forgets they ever happened! One that happened a few weeks ago when my SIL was in town. We were all playing outside and we were ready to go back in. Landen had already gone into the house. And he decided to lock the door behind him. We of course start pounding on the door and yelling trying to get him to come and open it. Nothing!!! I have no way in. I don't have my keys with me or anything like that. Good thing we have a key stashed at the neighbors house in case of emergency. Whatever that might be! I called her up told what happened and she brought the key right over. When we got inside I went looking for Landen. He was just sitting in the basement watching TV. I asked him if he knew that he locked us out. He said, "Ya." Then just kept on watching TV. What a little punk! Another thing that happened just today. I was making our morning oatmeal for me and the boys. I went to the fridge and grabbed a carton of orange juice that looked just like a carton of soy milk. I didn't even notice until I poured it in the pot of oats. Yikes! What was I doing. I drained out what I could then tried to cover up with extra sugar. To my surprise the slight taste of orange juice was actually really good. The boys didn't even notice either! Here is another from Landen. He had just finished using the toilet and I was wiping his bum. Then as soon as I am done he stands up and goes running out of the room while saying, "catch ya later!" I could not stop laughing. One more...Cody was asking me how we are going to get our baby. I told him we go to the hospital and the doctor will get him out. He then told me, "no, you have to go to the temple to get your baby!" Also he is trying to earn money these days. So I give him jobs to do. He was then telling me that he is not into toys right now. He is into money! And when I tell him I don't have any money he tells me to just go to the bank. They have lots of money! Oh, ya right. Why didn't I think of that!
