Over the weekend we went to Donut Falls for another hike with the boys. This waterfall is in Big Cottonwood Canyon. The drive up the canyon was amazing. So beautiful. Landen just kept saying holy moly! over and over again! We did the hike which was about 3/4 a mile. Perfect for the boys. When we got to the falls we had to cross the river. That was the best part I thought. It was such a hot day and the water felt so good. The waterfall was very cool but we could not get right up to it. If we didn't have the boys with us and I was not pregnant we could have hiked up even further. After our hike we stopped at a park in Sandy and had a picnic. It was such a fun day with the boys. I love getting out and doing things with them like this. It reminds me of when I was a kid. My Mom and Dad always took us to the mountains and did fun things like this with us!

Wow... hiking is not in my current vocabulary... walking on a slight incline maybe, but hiking in this heat with this baby inside of me? Mmmmm... no. Way to go! :)

Looks like lots of fun, we might just have to take a trip up there ourselves.
