BaBy CrEw....

Whew! This has been a major night of posting. I use this blog as a journal for our family too. That is why there are so many boring, detailed postings!

Anyway, the real reason for this one is Crew. He is now 3 months. I was pregnant for eternity and now time is just flying by. This baby now weighs 15lbs, yes, 15lbs! I feed my babies very well! He is the sweetest, most snugly little butterball. His hair grows like a weed. He has had at least 5 haircuts. Is 25" long and we love every inch of him!

I am so blessed to have these 3 boys. They mean so much to me. How did I get so lucky?

Yes, we had another one. Matt, Danny and Tilly could not be there the night of party. So we planned another time to get together. This time Trevor and his family were not there. Guess I need to be learnin' photo shop real quick! I can cut and paste us one happy family!

The Sunday after Christmas we blessed Crew. I posted that way out of order a few days ago! Oops! After the blessing we went to Aunt Peggy's for dinner. Tye, Tara and Traven were still in town so we had to show them off! We love going to Peggy's. The boys love it too. They are always asking to go over. It was a great dinner. So fun to get all the cousins together. We watched funny home movies from like 15 years or so ago! wow! What a nerd I was! We had some good laughs! The day before they had built an igloo. It was so cool! Thanks so much Peggy for having us all over!

On December 30th we celebrated Traven's First Birthday. This little boy is so sweet and so snugly. I could just eat him up! We had his party at Trevor's and Tye invited some friends. After the party the camera came out and we got crazy! Okay! We did take some serious ones!

We awoke to SnOw!!! and lots of it. It made the day even more perfect. The boys slept until 8:30! I know, it was crazy! We all went down stairs and it was amazing! Santa had been there! I did not get any pictures because I was filming instead. Matt reminded me when everything was done. O'well! The boys were totally spoiled by Santa and grandmas and grandpas and great grandmas and great grandmas and you get the point! Christmas is so much more fun when you have kiddos! I want to buy them everything and full fill every wish and dream. I love to see their beautiful blue eyes light up with excitement and hear the sweet things they say. After all the craziness we were on our way to Grandma's house again for traditional SwEdIsH PaNcAkEs!!!!! I love these!!! Thank you so much Mom for whipping these bad boys up for us. After breakfast the real fun began. It was puzzle time! I was set for the day. More presents to open? Not now! I am busy! They had to pry me away from the puzzle so we could start opening more presents. Once again the boys were totally spoiled. Matt and I got some pretty cool gifts too. Jay & Elly got us a brand new water heater! Yea! Thank you so much. We would not have hot water without you! Mom & Dan got us a portable DVD. So cool! I have wanted one forever for the kids. Dad & Tammy gave us much needed money. Thank you all so much! The rest of the day was spent in leisure. It was a wonderful Christmas day!

Looks comfy! Guess Crew had enough Christmas fun!

ChRiStMaS EvE 2008

This year we stayed home for Christmas. We would have loved to go to Colorado to spend it with Matt's family. It has been a few years since we have been able to do that. Maybe next year Dad and Elly!?? On Christmas Eve we had a yummy dinner at my Mom's. We ate poppy seed chicken made by me. My Mom made her famous salad and of course we had the other traditional Christmas side dishes. You know like Rainbow Jell-o!!! I can't remember not ever having that growing up! After dinner we let the kids play. Made cookies for Santa and a sign so he will be sure not to miss them. I got busy working on puzzles. I absolutely love to do puzzles. Once I start I can not stop. I can finish a 1000 piece puzzle in a few hours if I am uninterrupted. Anyway, around 8:30 or so we let the boys open one present. It was from G-ma Elly and it was PJ'S! You know that one pair of PJ's you get every Christmas Eve growing up! I always loved it. But Matt and Tye told me how dumb it was and how they always hated getting clothes. Fine! Whatever! I am still going to carry on the tradition. The boys at first thought it was dumb as well until they put on their new PJ's and loved them! We then headed home because we had to get in bed before Santa gets there!
