FuNnY nOtHiNgs...
So, I always have so many funny things the boys do or even me for that matter. I decided I would mention a few before my mind totally forgets they ever happened! One that happened a few weeks ago when my SIL was in town. We were all playing outside and we were ready to go back in. Landen had already gone into the house. And he decided to lock the door behind him. We of course start pounding on the door and yelling trying to get him to come and open it. Nothing!!! I have no way in. I don't have my keys with me or anything like that. Good thing we have a key stashed at the neighbors house in case of emergency. Whatever that might be! I called her up told what happened and she brought the key right over. When we got inside I went looking for Landen. He was just sitting in the basement watching TV. I asked him if he knew that he locked us out. He said, "Ya." Then just kept on watching TV. What a little punk! Another thing that happened just today. I was making our morning oatmeal for me and the boys. I went to the fridge and grabbed a carton of orange juice that looked just like a carton of soy milk. I didn't even notice until I poured it in the pot of oats. Yikes! What was I doing. I drained out what I could then tried to cover up with extra sugar. To my surprise the slight taste of orange juice was actually really good. The boys didn't even notice either! Here is another from Landen. He had just finished using the toilet and I was wiping his bum. Then as soon as I am done he stands up and goes running out of the room while saying, "catch ya later!" I could not stop laughing. One more...Cody was asking me how we are going to get our baby. I told him we go to the hospital and the doctor will get him out. He then told me, "no, you have to go to the temple to get your baby!" Also he is trying to earn money these days. So I give him jobs to do. He was then telling me that he is not into toys right now. He is into money! And when I tell him I don't have any money he tells me to just go to the bank. They have lots of money! Oh, ya right. Why didn't I think of that!

Saturday we took a little day trip down to Provo Canyon. Cody wanted to see some waterfalls. So what better place then Bridal Veil. The weather was so nice. The cold water coming off the mountain felt so good. It was still cold enough to sting the toes if you stayed in too long! Cody loved it! He was off climbing in no time. He and Landen could not understand why we couldn't just go to the top. To them it just seemed so easy! We told them when they get a little older and bigger we can hike to the top!

AcHiEvEmNeNt DaYs....
Thursday morning was an activity for achievement days girls. I am now a leader for the 8 year old girls. We had an outdoor water activity. It was a lot of fun. The girls really seemed to enjoy it. So did Cody and Landen. I had to take them with me. They were so worn out when we got home. Cody took a three hour nap. NiCe!!! Our lesson for the girls was teamwork. We had different relays they got to do that involved teamwork. We also played water balloon volleyball and ran threw the sprinklers. We then had a lunch for them. We cooked hot dogs, which by the way were so good! Had chips, lemonade and Popsicles when the activity ended. Good Times!!!

Today is Matt and I's 10 year anniversary! This has gone by so fast I can hardly believe it. What a crazy, amazing ten years it has been. I am so happy that we can be celebrating this day. Matt is an amazing man. You would have to be to put up with me! I love him so much and I know we will have many more anniversaries to come! We didn't get to do too much today in the way of celebrating. Since Matt had to work and didn't get home until around 8:30. We decided to meet him at JCW's in Lehi and get some yummy food. We totally love this place. We go way to often! We didn't get each other gifts. Just not yet anyway. We could not decide what we wanted to do or buy. I did buy a cute little miniature looking wedding cake to recreate the day. Fun! Plus the cake just looked really good. Thanks babe for being such a great husband. You will always be my Hero! You have saved me many times!!!

HaPpY 4Th oF JuLy....
This year we decided to spend the night at my Mom's in Provo so we could be down there for the big Parade in the morning. My Mom watched the boys so Matt and I could go on a much needed date! I think our last date was when Matt got arrested! Remember that??!! While we were out Mom and Dan took the boys to Colonial Days. That was going on in downtown Provo. The boys had so much fun and even got cotton candy! Spending the night didn't go as well as I thought it would. The boys were so wired they would not go to bed. We all slept in the same room and Matt declared lights out! So I could not read into the wee hours of the night. (FYI I have finally finished the entire Work and the Glory series. Only took me a few months!) So it took me forever to fall asleep. Then first it was Cody to wake up, then Landen. They were disoriented and could not find the bathroom. So that was another event. Finally we all settled in except for Matt. He ended up on the couch! Sorry Babe! We got up nice and early so we could get to our hopefully still saved spots at the Parade. Good thing they were. We had a great spot right at the start of the parade. It was horribly hot but the boys did great. After awhile they got bored and didn't care anymore. We were pouring water on the boys to keep them cool. Landen was drinking a can of strawberry lemonade and started pouring that on his head! So he was nice and sticky. After the parade we went to lunch with Matt's brother Justin. Then hung out until it was time for our 4Th of July dinner with Mom and Dan. It was so yummy! After we lit sparklers and a few fire crackers the neighbor had then walked down to the rest home that was putting on a show for the residents. They had a great little set up. Plus Matt got me a banana Slurpee from the gas station. It was soooooo good! To finish of our night we parked outside the BYU stadium to watch the big show that they put on. The boys were so into it. They make the holidays so fun! Then we took of for home sweet home! Excited to be back in our own beds! I have tons of cute pics but blogger is being very lame and not letting me post them!

BuSy DaY...
This morning I had my Obgyn appointment at Alta View Hospital. So we started our day off nice and early. Everything went great at the doctor's. I am measuring two weeks larger then I am. I always do. My Mom says maybe that is why I always deliver early. I sure hope that is the case. I have been spoiled with my last two! After the doc's we ran all our errands since we were already out. This was torture for me since the boys were sick of being dragged around and Landen was getting very close to nap time. Of course on the way home he fell asleep. This was a long enough drive that when we did get home and turned off the car he was wide awake and no chance of getting him to go back to sleep. Gerrrrr! I so look forward to these precious naps! Of course today was scorching hot and I didn't want to sit outside with the boys and since Landen was no way going to lay down I decided we should go to the movies! Landen has never been. I wasn't worried about Cody since he is older and has gone several times. Landen is 2 1/2 and never sits still. I didn't know what I was getting myself into....but to my surprise he was awesome. We loaded up on snacks and drinks from Target then we went and saw WALL-E. It Was cute. The boys loved it. So my day turned out pretty well. I got everything done I needed to do plus had some fun with the kids!
