St. GeOrGe Or BuSt....I wOuLd RaThEr BUST!

Well, as the week rolled on things just keep getting worse. This may seem like a joke but it's not! This my craziest SpRiNg BrEaK ever. So Cody and Landen have been very sick this whole week. Like all symptoms you can think of, they have had. At first Crew was getting along very well, I thought maybe he had some how been super lucky and bypassed the whole cold season crap. But no, no, no! He has come down with it too. It hit yesterday and he was not doing well. During the night things got even worse. I was really starting to freak out. I wasn't sure if I needed to take him the E.R. or at least Instacre. At one point I was ready to jump in the car go home then take him to the hospital. But after talking it over, we decided I would stay and take him to the intsacare in Hurricane. So we loaded everyone up and headed out. On the way we were watching a Highway Patrol car with his lghts on behind a minivan in the left lane. We could not figure out why the van would not pull over, it just kept going like it didn't know the cop was behind him. Then suddenly the cop got into the right lane and turned off the highway. It was really weird and we were all watching it wondering what was going on. THEN!!!! The light ahead of us changed and the car in front of us slowed to stop and we were paying more attention to the patrol car. That is when we slammed into the car in front us. My Mom was driving. I am so glad it was her and not me. Sorry Mom, but it's true! Thankfully everyone was fine. The boys didn't even freak out and Crew never woke up. We were not going that fast because the airbags didn't even go off. So we had slowed considerably. I got out and took pictures of the scene. Not too bad, I think. Could have been so much worse. We did finally make it over to instacare. Crew did not have R.S.V. like I was thinking. But he did have a really bad ear infection and a pretty nasty cold. I just have to keep an eye on him, give him his perceptions, and take him in to his doctor when we get back into town, So that was a sigh of relief. Even though this had been a bad day, I do count my blessings and feel very thankful that things were not worse. We were actually pretty lucky !

So your Spring Break was just as awesome as ours!! Minus the car accident!! That sucks?? Was that your car? I gotta laugh though. How are the boys doing?? That sucks that they were so sick. Just like us moms though, we still drag them around and make the most of Spring Break!!!
