Our fun action packed weekend started on Friday. Me and my bestest friend Loni took our boys to the Barnyard Boo at Thanksgiving Point. The weather was perfect and they had a great time. We got to do lots of fun things! They rode the ponies, went on a hayride, frosted cookies, feed the chickens, saw lots of farm animals, fished for spiders and took lots of pictures!

The boys had been sick this past week. By Friday they seemed to be doing so much better. Friday night was so nice we all wanted to be outside. Cody was playing and I thought was feeling fine. When all the sudden he threw up in the neigbors yard! Great! We changed his clothes and he was right back outside playing. Guess he wasn't too sick!
Saturday was fix the stupid Eclipse day! Poor Matt has been dealing with this car for a couple weeks now. Finally all his parts arrived and he was able to start rebuilding the turbo or something? I pretty much stay out of all that. So he spent all day doing this. Yea! Fun for Matt! While he was out in the garage working away, I went over to the church for Super Saturday. I had lots of fun little decorations to go and make. They turned out pretty cute. I will have to post them later. I don't have any pics of them.
So, on to Saturday night. We had started making sugar cookies a few days ago but with the boys being sick we put that aside. Finally I felt like we could finish the cookies. We had to make another batch because the dough I had made didn't seem so freash anymore. Cody was a great help. He loves to cook and bake with me. He was telling me that he is such a great baker. He really did make his own pan of cookies too. And he frosted them. You will see these babies on the pics I took! Well that was fun but soon it was time to get these kids tp bed. We didn't even get close to frosting all the bats we had made.

Sunday is church day. That is what Cody calls it. We went to church. I taught my little CTR class. I now have 9 kids in my class. I still am really trying to love this calling. Matt got to help out in nursery today. That was very exciting! He was proud because no kids cried or pooped. He seems to have an easy time with kids. After church I went and took the best nap ever. I always sleep when Landen goes down for his nap. Sunady naps are the best! This evening we went and delivered our cookies that were done. We visited a new family in the ward. We love them. They are definitly our "type" of people! We also went to Cody's primary teachers house. She is so great with Cody. We just wanted to thank her. Then... I know. I am almost done. We still had all these cookies to frost. So we made or Cody made more frosting. This time he wanted Black frosting! I dyed it black. He didn't want to do this part. Then we all sat down and frosted away. Even Matt was helping! The End!

Wow! Look at you! Busy weekend woman!! Way to go! :) I love reading up on it! I knew you could do it! Heh.
Wow! I want to make some cookies! You've inspired me. What age do you teach the little CTR class? Russ teaches Jaida's class, CTR 5 (one of the 3 CTR 5 classes we have because of so many kids) there are about 9 kids there as well. One of the parents said he's so patient, I said he uses all his patience at church and doesn't have any after. :) Looks like fun! Really, I'm going to go make some cookies...better do it while I can, being pregnant is a good excuse to make cookies.
