Lego Pirates Cake

My sweet little angel son

 Cody David,

whom I love so much,

turns EIGHT on

Monday June 20th!

The cake theme he requested this year is,

Lego Pirates of the Caribbean.

Cody helped me out with rolling all the 

fondant rocks. He loves to be apart

of anything artistic. 

I can't wait to taste it!

We are celebrating with the family

tomorrow at Grandma Nette's!!!

Today I also finished my DI step stool.
Sorry no before pics. :(

I got this little baby for .75 cents!

I almost felt guilty repainting this
when I realized it was handmade.
 Also beautifully hand painted
with a fancy country style heart.

Just so not to my taste.
But now I love it.
I plan to use it in my closet.

....

In between decorating a cake
and refinishing my shabby step stool,
we have been having even more fun
with our awesome fridge!

The dang thing totally froze over.
We defrosted it.
I cleaned EVERYTHING!
Even all behind the fridge.
It looks fabulous now.
But ....
still not working properly.
:(

I have cleaned everything out.
But they do show Matt trying to
clean out all the dust that is caked
up in the back. Hope this works!

for the wonderful freezer she gave me.
