WhEn Is tHaT BABY dUe....

Yesterday I went to the doctor for my weekly check in. I was happy to find out I am dilated to a 2 and 50% effaced. I am only 35 1/2 weeks and I measure 38 weeks! Maybe that is why my ribs hurt so dang bad! The Doc is also estimating an 8 lb. baby! OUCH!!! I so don't want that. But they did say the same about Lando and he was nice compact 6 lbs. 8oz. I really just want to go NOW!!!! But I must be patient. He did however have me set up in induction date with the Hospital for Oct. 17th at 8am. So if all my hard work fails at least I know I will no longer be pregnant after this date!

You are so lucky you never went the full 40 weeks, I always went almost 41! I hear that walking outside is better than walking on the treadmill, I think it is because the terrain is more uneven. Good luck! Let us know when the little guy gets here.

At least you are a super-hot pregnant mama!! Good luck with everything. You'll have to text me and let me know if he comes while we are out of town!!

Oh, Sweetie! I am so sorry that you are miserable... :(

My best advice is to just take a little "Hiatus" from everything (like me!) and keep youself REALLY busy! (Like ridiculously busy...)So take your phone off the hook, tell everyone you are "nesting" and make yourself a crazy long list of things to do (you know, the ones that you never have time to "get around to") and then actually schedule each of those things on your calendar in order of descending priority for the next 3 weeks and 4 days. It totally works to keep your mind off of things and then you find yourself feeling better (productive!) and actually thinking, "Okay, if I can just wait to have this baby until after..." It's working for me and I have gotten SOOOOO much done! I LOVE it!

Anyway, hang in there... I hope he gets here safe and sound (as soon as he's ready!) Love your guts!

You really do look amzing. I'm so flattered that you are going to name him Crew or Cru. You are silly for being nervous to ask me. Oh, and if this posts as rush valley royalty, it's cause I'm figuring out the kinks in the YM blog so sorry :) Good luck with stuff

G. was almost 8 lbs and he was easier to deliver than B. who only weighed 6 lbs. 8 oz. You'll do fine. I hope he comes soon so you can be done.
